Breakfast for Mum with Benecol

Blueberry Porridge

Servings 2

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 3-4 minutes


400ml soya milk

100g rolled oats

25g Benecol® Buttery Taste Spread

60g blueberries

2 tbsp honey


1. Place the milk and oats in a pan and cook gently, stirring for 3-4 minutes until beginning to thicken.

2. In the meantime, melt the Benecol® Buttery Taste Spread in a small pan, add the blueberries and cook for a couple of minutes

until the juices are flowing and the blueberries have softened. Stir in the honey and remove from the heat.

3. Stir most of the blueberry mixture into the porridge and divide between 2 bowls. Drizzle the remaining fruit and juices over the

porridge and serve immediately.
